Gardaland Definitivo: Blackstone ha conquistato il Parco

Riportiamo la notizia pubblicata dai maggiori quotidiani, tra cui La Repubblica e Il Sole-24 Ore, secondo cui il gruppo americano Blackstone (The Blackstone Group International Limited) ha definitivamente acquistato ill 100% del capitale sociale di TPH, società che detiene il 90,8% del capitale di Gardaland e la cui proprietà fa capo a Investindustrial, Aletti Merchan e Hirsch & Co. Il valore dell'operazione, che non è stato reso pubblico, si aggira intorno ai 500 milioni di euro.
L'acquisto è stato notificato all'Antitrust l'11 ottobre scorso, che ha rilevato tre settori economici interessati: la gestione di Parchi di destinazione, la gestione di strutture alberghiere, l'erogazione di servizi di tour operator.
